Sweet Cecily

Yo, sorry about not updating- busy with finals and the like (darn the trimester system!!)

I spent all of rehearsal today (three hours) reading Cecily's journals. Winter sent them up a few weeks ago, but I haven't dared touch them. Mom got really mad when she saw.

Anyway, Winter, your sister's a pretty interesting person. Level-headed, probably, but what was with her and conspiracy theories?

Ice, thanks for the messages. I've been thinking about what you said- maybe Elaine was meant to disappear. But if that's the truth, who's behind it all?

Maybe the Feral will have answers, but I doubt it. All I've gotten from them is the runaround. Their site was surprisingly easy to break into, but the trail seems to end rather rapidly. I can't shake the feeling I've only stumbled upon their security measure. If only there was some way of knowing who's behind it all, 'cause there's got to be someone.

The answers will come, perhaps, but in the meantime all I can do is try not to take out annoying people at school with my epic skills.

Yeah, Cecily was interesting. But what did you mean about the conspiracies?

Oh, I was reading about What They Never Told You.

You're kidding. I can't believe she actually mentioned it.

Yeah... what is it? I mean, obviously it's a book, but what's it about?

Oh, I got it for her before she disappeared. The author believes that the CIA's actual purpose is to train superagents loyal to the Firm, a megacompany supposedly behind the CIA.

The CIA wants to take over the world?

No, the company behind the CIA. The agency's supposedly just a front for a supersoldier training ground.

Weird. I'll read more, maybe find this book.
